Pre-construction includes ordering long-lead materials, permit coordination, and a detailed schedule. On site, we protect adjacent spaces, complete demolition, framing (as needed), and rough plumbing/electrical/HVAC, followed by inspections, drywall, cabinetry installation, countertop templating and set, tilework, paint, and fixture/appliance installation, with routine progress updates.
Typical timelines range from four to eight weeks after materials arrive, depending on scope and complexity. We maintain budget control through proactive purchasing, a clear change-order process, and milestone-based payments, and we back craftsmanship with a written warranty and attentive post-completion support.
